All the different commercial premises have direct access via separate entrances from the outside, while a separate entrance with a new elevator has been designed for the residential apartments. As a result, the entry to the commercial premises will remain separate from the residents of the complex.

The yard of the building has zones for the residents in the southern part, which include a 50 sq. m children’s playground and a recreation area for the elderly.
