Gallery 4A – new apartments situated in the centre of Vilnius

Modern architecture, impressive spaces, the highest quality and privacy – all this and more is available in a comfortable living space in the historic part of the capital.

As soon as Gallery4A opens its doors, the aesthetic common spaces will be filled with luxurious items and works of art that will create a special atmosphere. Residents will enjoy convenient parking, an elevator, the highest quality finishing materials and state-of-the-art technical solutions for many years to come.

Gallery4A – a special home environment. The building houses just 11 large apartments and will become a cosy home for its residents. Impressive-sized windows will adorn the apartments with views of the Old Town’s architecture, bright skies and the modern MO Museum, all of which will look even more impressive from the spacious terraces.

Every floor of the building will be revealed in its full glory. Luxurious common areas will lead to apartments where privacy, stunning ceiling heights and plenty of natural light open up a wide range of accommodation options. The advantages of the PENTHOUSE will surprise even those who think they’ve seen it all.

The newly-revived Gallery4A is located in a neighbourhood of the city filled with unrecognisable changes. Nonetheless, just a few minutes away, the heart of the Old Town provides dynamic art and a cultural life. Those who love green spaces will particularly enjoy the Reformers’ Garden and the Vingriai Springs that are intertwined with spaces for leisure, culture and history – and all are readily within reach. The residents of Gallery4A will enjoy the church bells and red roofs of the Old Town that create a unique atmosphere and make one feel proud of living there.

Commercial and administrative premises and the hotel entrance hall have been designed on the 1st floor of the building, while the residential premises (apartments) are being built on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the hotel premises (hotel apartments) are on the 4th floor. All the different commercial premises have direct access via separate entrances from the outside, while a separate entrance with a new elevator has been designed for the residential apartments. As a result, the entry to the commercial premises will remain separate from the residents of the complex.

The yard of the building has zones for the residents in the southern part, which include a 50 sq. m children’s playground and a recreation area for the elderly. The landscape has integrated benches, soft lighting and a range of greenery. The recreation area offers interesting views of the MO Museum’s recreation space and sculptures, along with a view of the busier part of Pylimas Street.

The reconstruction of underground car park includes elevators and staircases with direct access to the main part of the building.
