“Optiplan” is an innovative cost forecasting and management program, designed and created by our team here at Conresta, without any analogues in Lithuania. “Optiplan’s” technology evaluates the purpose, materials used and other characteristics of a building to accurately forecast the project costs. This gives us the unique possibility to advise companies on making the right investment decisions and optimizing projects at the implementation stage.

Innovative technology BIM is a modern digital modeling program that allows us to create, monitor and manage the characteristics of a building throughout its life cycle. BIM technology provides previously unavailable information, essential to making well-informed construction decisions.
