Construction of the Memelio Miestas

The first stage includes the construction of a business centre and 105 prestigious apartments on a plot of almost 5.2 hectares on Naujoji Uosto Street. An underground parking lot will also be installed under the buildings in the area right next to the Dangė River and the ferry.

The total area of ​​both projects will reach almost 30,000 m2 , 10,000 m² of which will consist of an underground section. The construction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The Hanza business centre will be the first office building in Klaipėda designed and built in accordance with international building sustainability certification requirements BREEAM with an evaluation ‘Excellent’. A restaurant, cafeteria and shops are planned to be set up on the first floor of the building. The remaining floors are reserved for offices. Some of the offices in the building will have balconies, and the top floor of the building will also have a terrace.
