“FREEDOM 36” bussines center
Construction company “Conres” and real estate development company “Galio Group” have signed a general construction contract worth 23 million euros. Under this agreement, “Conres” will carry out construction work on the “Freedom 36” business center in Vilnius.

The “Freedom 36” business center, which is being developed on Laisvės Avenue in Vilnius, will offer 14,000 sq m of modern office space. It will be an A+ energy-class building, with roof-mounted solar panels generating about 10% of the business center’s annual electricity demand. The underground car park will have 370 parking spaces, electric vehicle recharge stations, bicycle storage, showers and changing rooms. The “Freedom 36” business center is being developed in accordance with the international standard for sustainable buildings, BREEAM, and is expected to receive BREEAM’s “New Construction, Very Good” certification.
