The business centre will feature innovative engineering solutions and more than 400 parking spaces will be available for employees. It is expected to receive the BREEAM New Construction Very Good level of sustainable building certificate.
The BH Meraki business centre was designed using BIM (building information modelling), so we will continue using this digital modelling program throughout the construction process. This will allow us to monitor and manage the building properties and help in making accurate data-based decisions during the construction. All of this will ensure accuracy and protect against errors that could result in additional costs, materials, human resources and time,” said the Head of Conresta, Lukas Laukaitis.
Algirdas Vaitiekūnas, Head of BH Meraki, confirmed that he appreciates the company’s intention to transfer the process management to the digital building modelling platform.
“Given that the business centre building will be built in about a year and a half, the contractor’s experience, available resources and ability to manage various construction processes efficiently were matters of great importance to us. We hope this will not only allow us to enjoy opening on the expected day but, more importantly, to rapidly address any challenges that arise during the construction,” he said.
