Kaunas office market has a new addition, distinguished by its exceptional architecture
“Cube”, another modern business center, has been added to the rapidly growing Kaunas office market. The 7 million Eur project was implemented by construction company “Conresta” and managed by “Mikrovisatos Valda”.
~5000 sq. m., 8-storey business center has 100-800 sq. m. spaces, where the first companies are already setting up their offices. Currently, about 50% of the premises are leased, with plans to turn this number into 90% by the end of the year. The main distinguishing feature of the building is the decision to abandon the first two floors and to support the whole structure with 5.5 meter-high columns, creating the impression of levitation. According to the architect Gintautas Natkevičius, this idea was implemented not because of the desire to show off or leave an impression, but simply because of practical reasons.
