Modern Business Centre Rising in One of the Busiest Neighbourhoods of Vilnius
As you drive on Ukmergės Street – one of the busiest streets in Vilnius – it’s hard to miss the crane and intensive constructions, taking place in Perkūnkiemis neighbourhood. The complete project will feature a 6-storey and ~5 000 sq. m office building with a 2-storey underground parking lot. This is the final stage of Domus Pro commercial complex development, which was started in 2013, implemented by Conresta constructions and general contracting company. The project is developed by TK Development Lietuva real estate company, which had entered into a sale-purchase contract with Baltic Horizon Fund back at the beginning of the constructions.
