“Conres” has carried out foundation and frame installation, including product design and delivery. The building is certified as “Silver” in green building certification, the project area is 5000 sq. m. In total, 63 apartments, a large garden, gardening space and a glazed orangery was built. The design and furniture is made to meet the needs of people with dementia.
