One of the biggest general contracting and construction companies in Lithuania “Conresta” is expanding its operations in Scandinavia. “Lindens forskola” preschool is located at “Celsiusgatan” in Malmo. “Conresta” was responsible for installing the foundation and the frame, including product design and delivery. The total area of the project is 1,150 sq. m. The construction was completed in February 2018.
For the first time, the team has installed flat foundations, filigran paneling and matrix facade walls, executed product delivery from Lithuania, filling in construction documentation according to the new Swedish requirements.
