A Modern Food Production Manufactory of “Vilnius Poultry Farm” in Rudamina
General contractor “Conresta” has implemented the reconstruction of Rudamina's poultry farm into a modern chicken steak manufactory. For the construction of this project, the company was awarded a “Product of the Year 2017” gold medal. The food production unit is among the top five European steak manufacturers with no analogue in the Baltic States.

It is the only food industry building in Lithuania with a Class A energy performance certificate. The structure of the building and the materials used ensure that the required level of hygiene and sanitation is maintained at all times, allowing to carry out the production work in the manufactory 85% of the year (312 days, working in two shifts). The factory produces 2100 tons of fried poultry products per month, 90% of which are exported to foreign countries. Corrosion-resistant materials and anti-corrosion solutions for individual building units have been installed to ensure safe and hygienic cleaning of the premises. Indoor refrigeration and ventilation chambers in the high-risk area of the building have no analogues in the Baltics. The project includes 7 fully sealed ramps that can maintain the temperature needed for frozen products during unloading.
For its complex manufactory construction, the company was awarded the gold medal at “Lithuanian Product of the Year” event.
