The Extension of “WOOD LINE” Warehouse
“WOOD LINE” – a leader in the wholesale and retail of furniture and interior materials in the Baltics – has expanded its storage facilities. The project was entrusted to one of the largest construction companies in Lithuania “Conresta.”

The 7000 sq. m. warehouse was added to the two existing buildings. The two-storey structure consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete and steel columns. Steel trusses were used to keep the roof insulated. The entire 13,000 sq. m. warehouse complex is characterized by extremely high energy efficiency: it is designed to operate in separate zones when needed. “Conresta” has carried out the project preparation, installation of concrete floors and installation of epoxy floor coverings.
The new facilities have brought all of the “WOOD LINE” units together in one place, increasing productivity, customer service, employee communication and logistics. Due to its strategically convenient location for developing excellent transport links with national and international motorways, “Berendsen PLC”, a European leader in textile, hygiene and safety solutions, is also located here.
