“Hansa Flex Hidraulika” Administrative, Industrial & Warehouse Building
On May 26, 2017, “Hansa Flex Hidraulika”, a leader in hydraulic systems and components in Europe, opened a new administrative, production and warehouse building in Kaunas. It was built by “Conresta”, one of the largest construction companies in Lithuania. The total area of the two-storey building is more than 4000 sq. m.

Innovative construction modeling:
BIM
In order to make the construction process as smooth as possible, “Conresta has”, on its own initiative, transferred the technical side of the project to BIM (Building Information Modeling). The use of this tool has led to a smoother construction process, improved planning, more accurate material orders, and helped save both financial and human resources.
Without a doubt, “Conresta” is a trusted partner with a much broader view of construction implementation than usual. Transferring the project to BIM and other cutting-edge ideas have helped optimize costs, and with an experienced team and efficient planning, everything went exactly as planned.
