Class A Logistics Center of „Liepkalnis Industrial Park”
A modern Class A logistics center with administrative premises was built in the area of 13 ha. Precise planning helped the two-story storage building to see the light of day faster than it was expected. The project is distinguished by its impressive size, attention to energy efficiency, high quality of construction and rational solutions. In the first stages of construction, “Sirin Development” is set to invest 18 million euros. “Conresta” was entrusted with constructive work of the project.

The logistics complex, a part of “Liepkalnis Industrial Park,” stands out for its impressive size: the 13-hectare two-story building occupies an area of 15.5 thousand sq. meters and reaches 13.9 meters in height. Due to the size of the building, implementation of the project has become a real challenge: great attention has been paid to the precise planning of the work and storage of the necessary materials at the construction site. The building itself is framed, with exterior walls of multi-layered steel panels and a raised concrete plinth. Each ramp group has a separate access to the building.
The rectangular-shaped warehouse has various purpose zones. The ground floor is equipped with loading and unloading ramps, adjacent to the space for temporary cargo storage and a storage room. The same ground floor will also have sanitary and loader battery charging facilities. The middle of the warehouse has high-rise racks, and on the second floor there are household, recreation and administrative premises for staff, as well as open spaces for sorting small consignments. Second floor premises are separated from the warehouse by fire wall panels and ceilings.

Everyone in the construction industry would agree that planning and being able to anticipate problems and start looking for solutions ahead of time is the key to a successful project. Therefore, I am delighted that our team is purposefully utilizing our knowledge and experience, and turning it all into consistent high-quality work that meets the customer needs. This was the reason why the construction of this warehouse building was proceeding smoothly and we completed work earlier than it was actually planned.
