„Alviva“ Sewing Factory
At the beginning of 2017, a special-purpose sewing factory “Alviva” was built in Švenčionėliai district, with a total area of over 3,500 sq. meters. The project was implemented by “Conresta”, a general contracting and construction company.

The three-story building can accommodate 120 employees at a time. The object is equipped with geothermal heating system and roof solar panels, which store energy for the illumination of the area at night. The value of the object under construction is more than 1 million euros. The building is designed using BIM 3D modeling.
