“Ogisanda” Warehouse & Administration Building
General contracting and construction company “Conresta” has built a one-story warehouse with an off-shelf office for “Ogisanda”, a commercial and warehouse leasing company. The warehouse building is located in a strategically convenient location – close to Vilnius Airport.

The project consists of two parts: a two-story south side building for administration and a one-story north side building for storage. The total area of the building – more than 2000 sq. meters, height – 9.2 m. Multi-layered composite panels were used for the construction of the warehouse facade. Light metal constructions with roll roofing were used for construction of the roof. The warehouse also has concrete floors. In the administrative section of the building we’ve used prefabricated reinforced concrete structures. All premises are heated by a boiler house, which has two condensing boilers. Separate heating, cooling and ventilation systems were also installed. The biggest challenge during construction is time. This project was fully implemented within the span of 5 months.
